Cobblestone Court II (Cobblestone) is a multi-generational Condominium community of 160 townhomes located in the heart of Manheim Township, Lancaster County, PA.

 

The two- or three-bedrooms homes, built between 1998 and 2005, are well maintained and very desirable. All have a full basement. Open spaces are abundant throughout the community. The monthly assessment fee includes exterior maintenance, water, trash collection, snow removal, and landscaping.
